He understands what owners are really navigating when they decide to sell or step back, and that understanding shows up in every conversation. Connor Pitts
Co-Founder & PrincipalConnor brings the technical foundation. He trained at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, one of the country's most respected middle-market advisory firms, then spent three years at Cadence Education working through more than 40 transactions alongside the owners who built those businesses. What he took from it wasn't just deal experience. It was the ability to sit across from an owner, understand what they've built, what they want for it, and what they're worried about.
